Valuing Diversity
We are proud to serve a rich and diverse community, and are deeply committed to promoting equality and diversity across the academy.
At our Academy, we embrace both our similarities and our differences. Our children, staff, and families work together to ensure that this commitment is reflected in everything we do.
Our curriculum focuses on identity and celebrates the diverse history of our global community. We believe it is essential for all children to understand who they are, where they come from, and to take pride in their heritage.
We collaborate with our partner academies within the Authentic Education Trust to ensure that our shared commitment to a relevant and inclusive curriculum is continuously fulfilled, reviewed, and updated.
Our equality policy can be found on our Trust website, through a link in the documents section of this website.
Equality Objectives
Our equality objectives are reviewed annually by the Senior Leadership Team and updated every 4 years.
